An error message appears on the point exchange history.

An error message appears when your registered email address to receive an Amazon gift card, your registered bitcoin address or you bank account information is invalid.

Please enter valid information in the "Exchange Points" setting of Point-Paid Call (for Masters).

Note: If you entered someone's email address, bitcoin address or bank account by mistake, the exchange option will not be resent. Please be careful when you register your information.

Note: If a Master does not modify the invalid informaton by the end of the month six months later than the month when the exchange procedure is conducted for the first time or the registered email address is invalid, your corresponding earned points will be lost.
