If you can't receive calls on your HUAWEI or ZenFone device, please try the settings below.
Note: The operations might be different depending on type of device and OS version.
HUAWEI devices
Check the following power saving settings.
- Android version 4.x and 5.x
- Android version 6.x and 7.x
- Android version 8.x or later
Go to "Settings" on the device and select the "ALL" tab.
Go to "Power saving" > "Protected apps" and put a checkmark for SkyPhone if it is not checked.
Go to "Settings" on the device > "Advanced settings" > "Battery manager" > "Protected apps" and put a checkmark for SkyPhone.
Go to "Settings" on the device > "Battery" > "Launch" > "SkyPhone" > "Manage manually" and enable all of the options.
Note: If you haven't checked or enabled the setting above, you may not receive incoming call notifications. Your caller will hear a ringback tone for a while and then see the "No Response" message.
Check the network settings.
- Go to "Settings" on the device > "Apps and notifications" > "Apps" > "SkyPhone" > "Data usage" and allow background data usage.
Note: If you don't allow it, you may not receive incoming call notifications.

ZenFone devices
Check the Auto-start Manager setting.
- Go to "Settings" on the device > "Power management" > Allow SkyPhone in "Auto-start Manager."
Note: If SkyPhone is not allowed, you can't receive incoming call notifications.
Your caller will hear a ringback tone for a while and then see the "No Response" message.
