A new OS version, Android 10 puts some restrictions on apps to open their screens if they are not launched or running in the background.

Therefore, on Android 10, the SkyPhone app cannot open the calling screen when it is receiving an incoming call if the app is not launched or running in the background.
If you've enabled "Show the Calling Screen" in the notification settings on the app, swipe down the status bar and tap the notification to answer a call.
Or you can enable "Show Banners Only" so that a banner notification is displayed when you receive a call.
Note: You can answer or decline a call on the banner notifications.

For your information, notifications appear in the lock screen, so tap the notifications to open the calling screen.

We'll consider improvement of this app behavior.
