If you can't receive calls on your HUAWEI device,
please try the settings below.
Note: The operations might be different depending on type of your device and OS version.

1. Check the power saving settings
• Android version 4.x and 5.x

Go to "Settings" on the device and select the "ALL" tab.
Go to "Power saving"" > "Protected apps"" and put a checkmark for SkyPhone if it is not checked.

• Android version 6.x

Go to "Settings" on the device > ""Advanced settings"" > "Battery manager" > "Protected apps" and put a checkmark for SkyPhone.

• Android version 8.x or later

Go to "Settings" on the device > "Battery" > "Launch" > "SkyPhone" > "Manage manually" and enable all of the options."

Note: If you haven't checked or enabled the setting above, you may not receive incoming call notifications. Your caller will hear a ringback tone for a while and then see the "No Response" message.

2. Check the network settings

Go to "Settings" on the device > "Apps and notifications" > "Apps" > "SkyPhone" > "Data usage" and allow background data usage.

Note: If you don't allow it, you may not receive incoming call notifications.
