If you can't receive incoming calls or you can't see notifications on the home screen or the lock screen, please try the following.
- Go to "Settings" on the device > "Notifications" and tap "SkyPhone."
iOS 11 or later
- Turn on "Allow Notifications."
- Turn on both "Show on Cover Sheet" and "Show as Banners."
- Select either "Temporary" or "Persistent" for banners.

Android 4.1 or later
- Go to "Settings" on the device > "Apps" > "SkyPhone" > Check "Show Notifications."
Android 6.0 or later
- Go to "Settings" on the device > "Apps" > "SkyPhone" > "Notifications" > Turn off "Block all."
Note: If you turn on "Block all," you can't receive SkyPhone notifications.
Android 7.0 or later
- Go to "Settings" on the device > "Mobile Data Communication" > Turn off "Data Saver." Or if you want to enable the Data Saver, allow SkyPhone unrestricted data access.
Note: If "Data Saver" is ON and SkyPhone is not allowed unrestricted data access, you cannot get notifications while the app is not launched.
- Go to "Settings" on the device > "Wi-Fi" > "Advanced" > Uncheck "Wi-Fi Optimization."
Note: Please try the above if you find "Wi-Fi Optimization" in "Settings."
Alternatively, go to "Advanced" > "Keep Wi-Fi on during sleep" > Check "Always." in SkyPhone > "Notifications" > Select "Show Banners Only" or "Show the Calling Screen."
- Go to "Settings" on the device > "Smart Assist" > Turn off "App Limits" if it is ON.
or Turn off the App Limits of "SkyPhone." - Note: The operation and titles might be different depending on the device model, OS or versions.
If the above methods didn't work, please try either of the following to switch networks.
- Go to "Settings" on the device > "Network & internet" > "Advanced" > Turn on "Airplane Mode" and then turn it off.
- Go to "Settings" on the device > "Network & internet" > "Mobile network" > Switch on/off "Mobile data."
- Go to "Settings" on the device > "Network & internet" > Switch on/off "Wi-Fi."
Note: The process can be different depending on your device model.
in SkyPhone > Turn off "Do Not Disturb."
- If you usually stop calling in several seconds, please try calling for one minute to be connected.
Note: If the device of the other person is in sleep mode, it may take time, sometimes more than 50 seconds, before you can start talking.
Note: The time it will take before you can talk depends on the device capacitiy and network condition.
