The ringtone is too low to be recognized. The ringtone doesn't ring.

If the ringtone is too low to be recognized or the ringtone doesn't ring, please try the following.


iOS

  • Move the Ring/Silent switch of the device to enable Ring mode.
  • Turn up the volume button of the device.
    Note: If you can't turn up the volume botton, tap "Sounds" in "Settings" on the device and turn on "Change with Buttons" of ringtones and notifications.
  • Go to "Settings" on the device > Tap "Sounds" > Adjust the volume of ringtones and notifications with the volume slider.
  • Go to "Settings" on the device > Tap "Sounds" > Turn on "Lock Sound."
  • Go to "Settings" on the device > "Notifications" > Tap "SkyPhone" > Turn on "Sounds."


Android

  • Turn up the volume button of the device.
  • Go to "Settings" on the device > "Sounds" > "Mode Settings" > Tap "Normal."

Note: The process can be different depending on your device model.


Both OSs

  • Settings in SkyPhone > "Ringtone" > Select any option other than "Silent" and tap Back button ("OK" in Android).
  • Settings in SkyPhone > Turn off "Do Not Disturb."
