You can transfer the following data to the other device.
The data you can transfer
Free calls:
your current SkyPhone number, settings in the app
Point-Paid Call (for Users):
your points, point charging history
Point-Paid Call (for Masters):
your Master number, earned points balance, settings for Masters (point rate you earn, how to exchange points, address to receive cryptocurrency), incoming call history, point exchange history
Note: You can only transfer your SkyPhone number and settings between different OSs.
Note: Your contacts won't be transferred by this function. Back up your contacts BEFORE starting this transfer.
You can transfer as follows.
What to do on your current device
in SkyPhone > Tap "Transfer."
- Enter a four-digit passcode and tap "Generate."
Note: You must enter the passcode on your new device. - Make sure to take a note or a screenshot of the transfer code.

How to regenerate a transfer code
- You can regenerate a transfer code in the same way as the above. If you regenerate a code, only the latest one is valid and the previous one becomes invalid.
Notes about after you generate a transfer code
- If you go to
in SkyPhone > "Reset" > Tap "Get a New SkyPhone Number," your new SkyPhone number will be transferred.
- The transfer code will expire in 24 hours after it is generated.
What to do on your new device
- Install the SkyPhone app from the Store and tap "Transfer SkyPhone number" in the first launch screen.
Note: If you mistakenly tapped "Get a New SkyPhone Number," go to the Settings in SkyPhone > "Reset" > Tap "Erase All Content and Settings" to go back to the first launch screen. - Enter your transfer code and passcode that you created on your previous device and tap "Transfer" in the transfer screen.
- When the transfer has completed, you will see the "Transfer Completed" alert.
If you see the "Transfer Failed" alert, check your transfer code and passcode and enter them again.
