Redemption of Earned Points

Please follow the steps below to register your point redemption method.

  • Tap setting-[Master Settings]-[Earned Points]-[Point Exchange] and select the redemption method. Please register the recipient on the next screen.

A confirmation email will be sent to your registered email address. Please access the URL in the e-mail to complete the procedure.
The confirmation email is valid for 24 hours after it is sent. If you resend it, the latest one within the expiration date will be valid, and the older one will be invalid.
*Please cancel the following from your spam filter. Please note that registration cannot be completed if you do not receive a confirmation e-mail.

*Please note that point redemption cannot be successfully completed if the registration information on the [Redeem Points] screen is incomplete.

The closing date is the last day of each month, and all points are exchanged in the manner specified by the Master.
Only those with at least 5,000 earned points can exchange points.(If the amount is less than 5,000, it will be carried over to the next month.)
*If the exchange amount is worth 5,000 yen or more, it will be exchanged in the manner specified by the Master.

Any fees incurred at the time of exchange are the responsibility of the Master.
*In the case of PayPal, the Master is also responsible for any fees incurred according to PayPal's terms and conditions, such as transfer to a bank account or currency conversion.
*In the case of a corporation, a separate contract is required.
