Error messages in the exchange history will appear if the receiving e-mail address entered is incomplete.
Please register the correct information in the “Point Exchange” section of the Master Settings.
*If you mistakenly enter someone else's e-mail address, it will be sent to that person and cannot be resent. Please be careful not to make a typing mistake.
*If the address is not corrected or is not a sendable address by the end of the sixth month after the initial redemption, the redemption points will be forfeited.
