What is “Registration of e-mail address for recovery” in point charge?

Registering a recovery e-mail address allows you to receive information for recovery in the event that a transfer operation is not possible (e.g., in the event of loss or malfunction of a device).
If you need your account restored, please contact us via the User Support Inquiry.

*A confirmation email will be sent to your registered email address. Please access the URL in the e-mail to complete the procedure.
The confirmation email is valid for 24 hours after it is sent. If you resend it, the latest one within the expiration date will be valid, and the older one will be invalid.

*Please cancel the following from your spam filter. Please note that registration cannot be completed if you do not receive a confirmation e-mail.
