Why do I need to register my email address?

  1. Identification and data transfer and restoration
  2. This is necessary for identification, data transfer, and restoration. After registration, a confirmation email will be sent to you, so please be sure to authenticate using the link in the email. Please register in advance in case of accidental uninstallation or sudden device failure.

  3. Deletion of e-mail address
    1. You can delete your registered e-mail address by
      • Settings > Reset
      • Settings > Circle Settings > Member Settings (*Circle Administrator only)
    2. Data after deletion of e-mail address
      • Deleted email addresses will not be available for restoration or transfer.
      • In particular, performing a “Settings > Reset” will completely delete all information, including email addresses, and cannot be undone.
  4. What to do before deleting your email address
    • Be sure to issue a transfer code before deleting the file.
    • Please note that we will not be able to respond to inquiries for transfer or restoration after deletion.
  5. If you have not used the service for a certain period of time
  6. If you do not use the service for a certain period of time, we may delete your registered e-mail address.
