You can't make or receive calls with old versions. Please update the app as follows.

  1. Tap "App Store" on the device.
  2. Tap "Updates" at the bottom.
  3. Tap "SkyPhone" to update it.

Android

  1. Tap "Play Store" on the device.
  2. Tap "SkyPhone" in My apps.
  3. Tap "Update."
