I can't use Wi-Fi on SkyPhone.

If you can't use Wi-Fi on SkyPhone, please try the following.

Turn off "Wi-Fi" and turn on "Mobile Data Communication."

iOS

  • Go to "Settings" on the device > Turn off "Wi-Fi."
  • Go to "Settings" on the device > Turn on "Mobile Data Communication."

Android

  • Go to "Settings" on the device > "Network & internet" > Turn off "Wi-Fi."
  • Go to "Settings" on the device > "Network & internet" > "Mobile network" > Turn on "Mobile data."

Please try proxy setting.

iOS

  • Go to "Settings" on the device > "Wi-Fi" > "Connected Network" > "HTTP Proxy" in DHCP and select "Manual" or "Auto."
    Note: If you select "Manual," please ask the network administrator for configuration details.
    If you select "Auto" and can't connect to the network using iOS8, set the URL in "HTTP Proxy" with the server name only or IP address, not FQDN."

Please check the both ports (TCP443 10801 and UDP 10001) are open on the Wi-Fi router.
