These Terms of Use ("the Terms") apply to all customers ("Users") who use the paid services of SkyPhone provided by QuadSystem Co., Ltd. ("the Company"). Please make sure to agree to these Terms before using the services.
1. Content of the Service
- The paid services of SkyPhone include features enhancement and removal of restrictions. For specific service details and usage conditions, please refer to the detailed information within SkyPhone. The Company provides the paid services in the following formats: consumable (purchasing items or benefits), non-consumable (once purchased, available for permanent use), and auto-renewable subscription (incurring periodic usage fees).
2. Usage Fees for the Service
- For consumable services, users incur usage fees by purchasing specific items or benefits within the app. Please refer to the prices displayed on the in-app purchase screen for detailed information about fees.
- For non-consumable services, users can use the service permanently by making a one-time purchase. Please refer to the fees displayed on the in-app purchase screen for detailed information.
- For subscription-based services, users can use the service through periodic payments. Please refer to the plans and fees displayed on the in-app purchase screen for detailed information about usage fees.
3. Automatic Renewal and Cancellation
- Subscription-based services are automatically renewed and continue until the end of the usage period. To cancel the automatic renewal of the service, please follow the procedures in the app settings or App Store settings.
4. Payment Matters
- Usage fees for the service should be paid using the payment methods provided by the App Store or within SkyPhone. For consumable services, users pay the fees at the time of purchase. For non-consumable services, users can use the service permanently after making a one-time purchase. For subscription-based services, users are required to make periodic payments.
5. Subscription Cancellation and Refunds
- As a general rule, subscriptions are not cancelable or refundable after purchase.
However, if a refund is deemed appropriate, you may use the App Store or Google Play Store refund process. Please check the support page of each store for details on requesting a refund.
6. Provision and Changes to the Service
- The Company makes its best efforts to provide the service, but there may be temporary or permanent interruptions without prior notice. In case of any changes to the service content or fees, users will be notified through notifications within SkyPhone or via the App Store.
7. Agreement to the Service Terms of Use
- The usage of the service is permitted only if users agree to these terms of use. If users do not agree to these terms, they cannot continue using the service. For detailed information about these terms of use, please refer to the terms of use stated in the settings within SkyPhone or on the SkyPhone's App Store page.
8. Amendment to the Terms
- The Company may amend the content of these terms of use at any time, regardless of whether users are notified. All matters related to the service will be governed by the amended terms of use.
