When I change my device,

When you change your device, please do the following.

  1. Back up your contacts. (Send them to an email address where you can receive emails on your new device.)
  2. Generate a transfer code to transfer your SkyPhone number.
    Note: If you don't want to transfer your number, get a new number and notify your friends about it.

  3. Enter your transfer code and passcode on your new device.
  4. Import your contacts on your new device.
